“Our thoughts go out everyone in the Whakatū Nelson and The Top of the South Te Tau Ihu region, who have been severely affected by the ongoing weather events.
“We are continuing to monitor the situation and its potential to affect the upcoming GJ Gardner Homes Tauihi Final 4 - which is scheduled to be held on 26 and 27 August at Nelson’s Trafalgar Centre. With the weather expected to subside after this weekend, our belief is that these events will be able to continue in their original format; however we will take every precaution to ensure the Final 4 is run safely and without undue risk.
“In order to assist those people who have been most impacted by this weather, GJ Gardner Homes Tauihi will also be pledging its support in the form of a fundraising campaign; more details on this will follow shortly.
