Basketball New Zealand's High Performance unit has announced the four players who will represent NZ Select at the Schick 3X3 Cup.
Under the watchful eye of National 3X3 Head Coach, Justine Reed, the quartet of Jessica Moors, Tanaka Gapare, Tiama Clarke and Melika Samia will wear the black and white colours of the NZ Select team.
Moors (17yrs - guard) and Samia (17yrs - guard) are the youngest members of the team, while Clarke (21yrs - guard) and Gapare (24yrs - forward) add a few more years of experience.
All four players have enjoyed some level of national representation. Samia and Moors have already represented New Zealand at FIBA Oceania level and both have recently were selected to Junior Tall Ferns teams.
Gapare and Clarke have both previously experienced playing 3X3 on the international stage with New Zealand, providing them with experience in this form of the game that will be critical to the team's chances at ILT Stadium Southland from November 12-14.
