The streak continues for the Queens as they beat the Pouākai in a decisive win with the final score of 81-69. Jihyun Park put on a show for the home fans, putting up a mammoth 17 pts. Louise Brown (17 pts) and Penina Davidson (12pts) also showed up consistently throughout the game. Briarley Rogers made an immediate impact after coming of the bench in the game with 14 pts. While Whittle (21 pts) and Mikesell (12pts) were continually making big plays for the Pouākai, it was Fogg who showed up in the 4th quarter with some monster points (11pts). The Pouākai fought hard until the end but it would be the Queens that rained supreme.

The Pouākai showed their strength among the youngsters throughout the game with Emma Rogers putting up 15 pts. Rogers showed up from the very beginning of the game showing her strength and skill making 3 of 4 free throws in the first quarter. From the Queens, Briarley Rogers was also making a decisive impact allow side Stella Beck. The Pouākai managed to hold onto their lead throughout the game showcasing their determination.
