GJ Gardner Homes Tauihi Basketball Aotearoa is thrilled to announce Te Rauparaha Arena in Porirua as the host venue for the 2023 Final 4.
This year’s Final 4 will run from September 9 through to September 10. The Grand Final will take place on Sunday, September 10 at 6pm and will be live on Prime TV and Sky Sport.
Saturday, September 9 at 4:00pm: Semi-Final 1 (2nd vs. 3rd)
Saturday, September 9 at 6:00pm: Semi-Final 2 (1st vs. 4th)
Sunday, September 10 at 3:30pm: Playoff for 3rd (Loser SF1 vs. Loser SF2)
Sunday, September 10 at 6pm: Grand Final (Winner SF1 vs. Winner SF2)
General Manager Maree Taylor says Te Rauparaha Arena will serve as a fantastic host.
“We’re excited to head to Te Rauparaha Arena in Porirua for this year’s Final 4 and are looking forward to an entertaining two days of basketball,” said Taylor.
“Porirua City Council have come on board to support the event and we’re looking forward to working with them and putting on a show.
“There’s a tightly contested race ongoing for Final 4 spots this year, and as we saw with the Sal’s NBL Final 6, it’s any teams for the taking once you get to the big dance.”
